These Terms of Use govern your use of Epoch Buddy, a Solana Mobile application developed and published by Marnik Labs. By using Epoch Buddy, you agree to these terms.

1. About Epoch Buddy

Epoch Buddy is an informational utility designed to display information about the Solana network, including the current epoch, slot progress, estimated remaining time and related network information.

The application may also provide optional notifications and connectivity with compatible Solana wallets through Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter.

2. Informational purposes

Information displayed by Epoch Buddy is provided for informational purposes only. Epoch timing and completion estimates may not be exact because Solana network conditions and slot duration can vary.

Epoch Buddy does not provide financial, investment, trading, tax or legal advice.

3. Wallet connections

Epoch Buddy may allow users to connect compatible Solana wallets using Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter.

Epoch Buddy does not request, collect or store wallet private keys or seed phrases. Wallet authorization and signing operations are handled by the user's compatible wallet application.

Users remain solely responsible for their wallets, credentials, digital assets and any actions approved through their wallet application.

4. Availability

We aim to keep Epoch Buddy functional and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all displayed information will always be complete, current or error-free.

Functionality may depend on third-party services including the Solana network, RPC infrastructure, wallet applications and mobile operating systems.

5. Notifications

Epoch notifications are optional and may rely on estimated epoch timing. Notifications should not be relied upon as guaranteed or time-critical alerts.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the application, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to related systems, or use Epoch Buddy in violation of applicable law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Marnik Labs is not liable for losses resulting from reliance on estimated network information, third-party service interruptions, wallet actions, network conditions or use of the application.

8. Changes

Epoch Buddy and these Terms may be updated as the application develops. The current version of these Terms will be published on this page.
