1. About SolQuest

SolQuest is a Solana identity application by Marnik Labs. It lets users connect compatible Solana wallets, view identity and activity insights, link wallets into a canonical SolQuest profile, verify supported Solana Mobile ownership signals, discover Wallet DNA archetypes and generate shareable identity graphics.

2. Information SolQuest processes

When you use SolQuest, the service may process information necessary to provide its features, including:

• public Solana wallet addresses you connect or link;
• publicly available on-chain information associated with those addresses, such as transaction activity, wallet age indicators, token and NFT holdings or counts, balances, and other public blockchain signals used to calculate SolQuest features;
• SolQuest profile information derived from that activity, such as Solana Score, XP, level, achievements, activity metrics and Wallet DNA;
• linked-wallet relationships and supported Solana Mobile verification results used to maintain a canonical SolQuest identity;
• technical information required to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service, such as ordinary server request and error information.

3. Wallet authorization and custody

Wallet connections are authorized through compatible wallet software, including Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter where supported. SolQuest does not take custody of your assets and does not require your seed phrase or private keys. You remain responsible for approving or rejecting wallet requests presented by your wallet application.

4. How we use information

We use the information described above to operate SolQuest, recover and maintain linked profiles, calculate identity metrics and achievements, verify supported features, generate Identity Studio content, prevent abuse, diagnose errors and improve reliability.

5. Profile storage

SolQuest may store server-side profile records needed to maintain canonical identities across sessions and devices. These records may include wallet addresses, linked-wallet relationships, verification state, discovered DNA archetypes and derived SolQuest profile information. Public blockchain information remains available independently on the Solana network.

6. Camera and generated images

SolQuest may request camera access when you choose to scan a wallet-link QR code. Camera access is used for that feature and SolQuest does not require microphone access. Identity Studio may generate images locally for sharing through Android's share interface. SolQuest does not require broad external-storage permissions for these features.

7. Service providers and blockchain infrastructure

SolQuest relies on third-party infrastructure to operate, including Solana network infrastructure, RPC/data providers, hosting providers and compatible wallet software. Information sent to those services is subject to their own technical operation and, where applicable, their privacy practices. Public blockchain activity is inherently public and may be independently observed by others.

8. Sharing and sale of personal information

We do not sell your seed phrases, private keys or wallet credentials because SolQuest does not collect them. We do not sell SolQuest user profile information. Information may be disclosed where reasonably necessary to operate service infrastructure, comply with law, protect users or the service, or investigate abuse.

9. Data retention and requests

Profile information may be retained while necessary to provide SolQuest and preserve linked identity functionality. If you want to ask about information associated with your SolQuest profile or request deletion of server-side profile information where applicable, contact us at solquest@marniklabs.com. Public blockchain records cannot be deleted or altered by Marnik Labs.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect service-side information. No internet service or blockchain application can guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

SolQuest is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to the service, contact us.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as SolQuest evolves. The current version will be published on this page with its latest update date.
