Terms of Use

1. SolQuest

SolQuest is a Solana identity application by Marnik Labs. It provides informational and identity-oriented features based on connected wallet addresses and public blockchain activity, including Solana Score, XP, achievements, Wallet DNA, linked identities, supported Solana Mobile verification and Identity Studio.

2. Eligibility and responsible use

You may use SolQuest only where lawful for you to do so. You are responsible for your device, wallet software, wallet addresses, account security and all actions you authorize through your wallet.

3. Non-custodial service

SolQuest is non-custodial. Marnik Labs does not hold your cryptocurrency, NFTs, seed phrase or private keys and cannot recover your wallet or reverse blockchain transactions. Never provide a seed phrase or private key to anyone claiming it is required by SolQuest.

4. No financial advice

SolQuest scores, XP, Wallet DNA, achievements, rankings, labels and other analytics are informational and entertainment-oriented identity features. They are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and they are not a recommendation to buy, sell, hold or transact in any digital asset.

5. Blockchain and third-party services

SolQuest depends on systems outside Marnik Labs' control, including the Solana network, RPC/data infrastructure, Android, Solana Mobile services and third-party wallet applications. Network congestion, forks, outages, provider changes, inaccurate or delayed data, wallet behavior or other external events may affect the app.

6. Scores, achievements and identity results

SolQuest derives profile results from available blockchain and service data using rules and classifications that may change over time. Results may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. A score, archetype, achievement, verification result or other label does not establish ownership, identity, reputation, creditworthiness or financial standing outside the specific SolQuest feature in which it appears.

7. Wallet linking

If you use wallet-linking features, you are responsible for linking only wallets you are authorized to use. SolQuest may maintain linked-wallet relationships and derived profile information so that a canonical identity can be recovered across supported sessions or devices.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse SolQuest, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to service infrastructure, impersonate others, use the service to violate law or third-party rights, or deliberately abuse automated endpoints or verification systems.

9. Intellectual property

SolQuest, its branding, interface, visual assets, scoring presentation, Wallet DNA presentation and related Marnik Labs materials are owned by or licensed to Marnik Labs except where third-party rights apply. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.

10. Availability and changes

We may modify, add, remove, suspend or discontinue SolQuest features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent preservation of any particular feature, score, classification or profile presentation, or compatibility with every device or wallet.

11. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SolQuest is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from errors. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Marnik Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use SolQuest, third-party services, blockchain activity, wallet actions or reliance on SolQuest analytics. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.

13. Termination

You may stop using SolQuest at any time. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, third parties, or comply with legal obligations.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as SolQuest changes. The current version will be published on this page with its latest update date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
